若い店主が信念を持って提供する鍋が絶品です。
出してくる各料理の塩や醤油まで拘っていて名古屋コーチンを引き出していて美味しいです。
今回は純系名古屋コーチン尽くし＋純系名古屋コーチンしゃぶしゃぶコース8,500円をいただきました。
水炊きから、つくね→骨付き肉→しゃぶしゃぶの順なので食べ進めるうちに味に深みがでます。
しゃぶしゃぶの肉もコーチンで弾力のある食感で牛、豚とも違う食感で美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。

名古屋コーチンと言えば親子丼や炭火焼き等の提供が多いと思いますが、ここは鍋を推しており、自分も鍋が一番だと思います。コーチンはぶつ切りで提供され、髄から味が染み出ているので別格だと思います。また、名古屋コーチンのしゃぶしゃぶはここでしか食べられないと思います。冷凍された肉で提供されますが薄切りにするためにとの事で、食べてみれば納得の味と食感でした。
